TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR:

SAFARI ONE DWC-LLC

1. Booking and confirmation

a) Fill out the contact us form and submit it for our review. Upon confirmation when you receive an invoice, a 25% deposit is required.
b) Final payment is due 60 days prior to departure. On receipt of your full payment, we will send you a final detailed itinerary.

2. Refund and Cancellation

Once a deposit payment has been processed, this deposit is non-refundable. Below are the additional terms:

Cancellation more than 60 days: 25% non refundable
Cancellation 59 days - 30 days: 50% fee
Cancellation 29 days - 15 days: 75% fee
Cancellation 15 days - arrival: 100% fee

3. Insurance

It is a condition of booking, that the sole responsibility lies with the guest to ensure that they carry the correct comprehensive travel and medical insurance to cover themselves, as well as any dependants / travelling companions for the duration of their trip.

4. Methods of Payment

We accept credit card payments via MasterCard, Visa, Canadian and Amex.

5. Passport & Visas

The onus is upon the guest to ensure that passports and visas are valid for the countries visited.

6. Health

Tropical Disease precautions should be commenced prior to departure. Please consult our doctor for specific advice. If you are a contagious-disease carrier, you must let us know when booking your safari.

7. Prices

We will do our utmost to keep to the prices as quoted. Should increases be forced on us by airlines, exchange rates, etc., we reserve the right to surcharge without notice.

8. Delays

We cannot be held liable for any delays or additional costs incurred as a result of airlines not running to schedule.
